Meet Our Team, Professional Weight Loss Coaching

Our team has a combined experience of over 30 year in the weight loss, nutrition, and fitness industry. We are a group of individuals who are passionate about helping others tap into their full potential and live their healthiest most joyful life now. Each coach has had their own struggle with health in some way or another, so we know how it is to be on the other side, and that’s why were so successful with helping others tackle the challenge of getting healthy. 

 

Our Passion

We looked at other programs and how did they did things, and we just thought each one was missing something important. Your success is dependent upon having the best tools to accomplish your goals, so we designed a program that utilizes the best and most scientifically proven strategies to help you get healthy and shed those unwanted pounds. We are dedicated to helping people who are willing to make some small, necessary changes to get the best version of themselves. Jen Scheinman, MS, RDN
Registered Dietitian Nutritionist

Jen Scheinman, MS, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience helping people improve their health through the foods they eat. She has worked at some of the country’s top organizations, building cutting-edge nutrition and wellness programs. Jen believes that food is medicine and takes a holistic approach to health that incorporates physical activity, stress reduction, and behavior change techniques to help individuals achieve their personal best.

Andy Grinbaum

Director of Strategy and Innovation

Andrew Grinbaum is a wellness business veteran. He has helped grow over 25 holistic and wellness companies, including Healthmap Magazine, the first holistic health magazine in NYC back in the 90’s! (Before Wellness was cool). He then moved on to help grow Always Young, LLC, one of the first homeopathic supplement retailers online and an innovator to this day. With his passion for wellness and health, he is hard at work helping Americans slim down and get healthy through Liberty Fitness and Fast Weight Loss 365. He is also a martial art expert, with two blackbelts and is a certified life coach helping folks achieve their goals through motivation and mindfulness.

Leonard Brower

Director of Fitness and Exercise

Leonard Brower (Lenny) is a fitness veteran. After serving 12 years in the USAF as both a Loadmaster and certified personal trainer he is an expert in the subjects of health and fitness. He is certified through the American council on Exercise and has helped thousands of people lose weight and live a healthier and happier lifestyle. Lenny oversees Fast Weight Loss’s sister company Liberty Fitness and their centers. He sits on the board for Biz4Vets, which encourages and mentors other budding military veteran entrepreneurs. He has been a personal trainer for over 15 years and continues to train and guide clients on a daily basis.

  • 5 star review  I hired this company during Covid to help me to achieve my weigh loss goals. I am now 70lbs down and all of this has been done though food and meal planning. I’ve not had to go out and buy multiple supplements and it is not expensive like many other plans out there. The coaches here are very motivating and encouraging while also recognizing that sometimes life happens and sometimes we need comfort food to get through the day. I would highly recommend this business for anyone who is interested in a life change towards a healthier lifestyle!

  • 5 star review  I have always had a poor relationship with food.. my weight always seems to come right back on after trying “temporary diets.” I got tired of trying all those non sustainable programs that cost hundreds of dollars a month. Fast weight loss has been a lifesaver! Affordable, and reliable. The coaches help truly teach you how to change your eating habits to still be fun, yet lose weight week after week. I mean, I know how to eat... But I never had any luck. 5 years... That's 5,475 meals and I was stuck. What was I missing!! Zach has provided me with the missing pieces. He's amazing! Zach provides a comprehensive diet plan that I can stick to because it's based around the foods that I love. The menus are delicious and not complex at all. If I get tired of a food, Zach will pull together a meeting to see what he can do. Pizza? No problem, he's got a plan for that. Burgers? He's got that covered. Yeah but how about Nachos!? Yep he's got a plan for that too. The menus are delicious and are filling. He also provides snacks ideas along the way too to ensure I'm covered. If I get stuck he's always there to help me through it. Zoom check ins are always given to discuss. Zach has taught me a new way of eating. Not via diets by exclusion. But a sustainable way to manage my weight with healthy foods that are vitamin dense. Zach has not only given the the guidance I needed to achieve my goals but he's taught me the meaning of healthy eating that I can carry with me for the rest of my life.

He writes out what to eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks from a list of foods you tell him that you like. It completely takes the guesswork out of what to eat each meal. Even though, he is in Florida and I’m in Texas, when I need a consultation or have a question, he is only a Zoom call or text away! I started his program about a month and a half ago, and I am thrilled every time I get on the scale. He is highly knowledgeable on weight loss and the best part is with following his daily menus, I have not felt like I’m on a diet!! If you’ve been putting off losing weight, sign up with him and you will be super excited that you did!!!

  • positive review  I am so glad I was referred to Fast Weight Loss 365. I was struggling when QWL closed and was close to giving up. I have been with Zach now 2 weeks and lost almost 6 lbs! He is great, we do numerous zoom meetings during the week, my food diary is online in real time which is great for me and Zach can see how I'm doing each day. He has even set up meal plans for me which makes it a lot easier. I also order the shakes, bars and snacks the same as QWL through Fast Weight Loss 365 at a great price. I am so pleased that I have found them & this to me is so much better and convent than QWL. No! While we do encourage some exercise or light activity for your overall health and wellness, we do not require any exercise for great results.

Do i have to count points, calories, or calculate macros?!

Absolutey not! No more counting calories or trying to figure out points or macros. Your whole plan is calculated for you by our professional nutritionists and is tailored specifically for your body and lifesyle.

How does the program work?

We customize the program for each and every person. Each week you will have full access to a coach who meal plans for you, and helps supervise your progress through check-ins so you can be assured to lose weight week after week. Do I have to use your supplements or snacks to lose weight?

Of course not! While we do offer some of the most delicous protein snacks and highest quality supplements on the market, we do not require them to guarantee your results. There is no catch! There are no hidden fees or contracts to sign. We simply charge a one time enrollment fee and your monthly membership is only $129 a month for unlimited nutritional and weight loss coaching.
