Our team has a combined experience of over 30 year in the weight loss, nutrition, and fitness industry. We are a group of individuals who are passionate about helping others tap into their full potential and live their healthiest most joyful life now. Each coach has had their own struggle with health in some way or another, so we know how it is to be on the other side, and that’s why were so successful with helping others tackle the challenge of getting healthy.
We looked at other programs and how did they did things, and we just thought each one was missing something important. Your success is dependent upon having the best tools to accomplish your goals, so we designed a program that utilizes the best and most scientifically proven strategies to help you get healthy and shed those unwanted pounds. Registered Dietitian Nutritionist
Jen Scheinman, MS, RDN, is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist with over 15 years of experience helping people improve their health through the foods they eat. She has worked at some of the country’s top organizations, building cutting-edge nutrition and wellness programs. Jen believes that food is medicine and takes a holistic approach to health that incorporates physical activity, stress reduction, and behavior change techniques to help individuals achieve their personal best.

Andrew Grinbaum is a wellness business veteran. He has helped grow over 25 holistic and wellness companies, including Healthmap Magazine, the first holistic health magazine in NYC back in the 90’s! (Before Wellness was cool). He then moved on to help grow Always Young, LLC, one of the first homeopathic supplement retailers online and an innovator to this day. With his passion for wellness and health, he is hard at work helping Americans slim down and get healthy through Liberty Fitness and Fast Weight Loss 365. He is also a martial art expert, with two blackbelts and is a certified life coach helping folks achieve their goals through motivation and mindfulness.

Leonard Brower (Lenny) is a fitness veteran. After serving 12 years in the USAF as both a Loadmaster and certified personal trainer he is an expert in the subjects of health and fitness. He is certified through the American council on Exercise and has helped thousands of people lose weight and live a healthier and happier lifestyle. Lenny oversees Fast Weight Loss’s sister company Liberty Fitness and their centers. He sits on the board for Biz4Vets, which encourages and mentors other budding military veteran entrepreneurs. He has been a personal trainer for over 15 years and continues to train and guide clients on a daily basis.

How do I schedule a free consultation?
Is exercise required for the programs results?
No! While we do encourage some exercise or light activity for your overall health and wellness, we do not require any exercise for great results.
Do i have to count points, calories, or calculate macros?!
Absolutey not! No more counting calories or trying to figure out points or macros. Your whole plan is calculated for you by our professional nutritionists and is tailored specifically for your body and lifesyle.
How does the program work?
We customize the program for each and every person. Each week you will have full access to a coach who meal plans for you, and helps supervise your progress through check-ins so you can be assured to lose weight week after week. Do I have to use your supplements or snacks to lose weight?
Of course not! While we do offer some of the most delicous protein snacks and highest quality supplements on the market, we do not require them to guarantee your results. They are simply a tool most people choose to use on their health journey. You can do completely food based programs, or you can even use your own supplements as well.
$29 a month coaching, so where's the catch?
There is no catch! There are no hidden fees or contracts to sign. We simply charge a one time enrollment fee and your monthly membership is only $29 a month for unlimited nutritional and weight loss coaching. Cancel at any time if you find that you do not like our program (though we doubt that will ever be the case because we make this program work for every single person we coach)
